Members New and Returning.
Spring is almost here, and the executive board is putting together all the things that make this league happen. You will be receiving this year's membership application soon. The application is also available on the league website. Please fill these out and get them into Rob as soon as possible as this allows us to know how many returning members we will have. This gives us more time to recruit new members prior to the start of the practice nights and beginning of match play.
The Ridge has made many improvements to the course that will enhance the views and the overall quality of the course. If you happen to see Sean or Eric, be sure to give them a big thank you for all the work they are putting in to make The Ridge better.
We always welcome new members to the league, so if you know someone who wants to join us, please encourage them to fill out an application and get ready for a summer of fun competition. Our format will be the same as always and the schedule for 2024 is now posted on the website. There will be some additional weekly prize opportunities as well this year. The President’s Cup competition will be on Thursday July 4th this year along with our annual BBQ. This is always a fun event!!!
A reminder that outside alcohol is NOT allowed on the course. This is not a club rule or request, this is a state law and is enforced by the NH State Liquor Commission. Any member who gets caught doing this does not get sanctioned for it, but The Ridge does with fines and loss of liquor license. Let’s make sure that we continue to support The Ridge and follow this requirement for obvious reasons.
Finally, our March general membership meeting is Thursday March 21st, at 6 PM at The Ridge clubhouse. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the meeting to kick off the 2024 season.
